However, for the price of $850,000 dollars, someone else sure can! The home is used as the basis for cult classic book and film series, The Amityville Horror. It has been known to provide "paranormal experiences" to those who live there after the murders occurred, but the latest homeowner said she simply just wants to downsize post the death of her husband. So, what are you waiting for? Remember last week when the boy fell into the Gorilla enclosure? Well, this is just opposite. One of the patrons noticed the 60-pound leopard sleeping on a beam two feet away from the enclosed exhibit, and the zoo sounded the alarm to take shelter until they got the situation under control. Stanford University former undergrad Brock Allen Turner faced upwards of 14 years in prison, but Turner's father argued, "That is a steep price to pay for 20 minutes of action". The victim had quite a different view of the assault. She released a detailed statement saying "You took away my worth, my privacy, my energy, my time, my safety, my intimacy, my confidence, my own voice, until today". She says Turner doesn't get it (and it seems neither does his dad) and what Turner did will impact her for the rest of her life. Turner will have to register as a sex offender, and the Santa Clara County Judge behind the short prison sentence is also facing scrutiny, some even calling for his removal. Well, this is pretty much exactly that, except there's no graphic documentary to make everyone sick with. Devin Cunningham has consumed Chipotle once a day, daily for over 320 days, and says that he is healthier and fit than ever. Granted, he has a pretty solid diet and workout routine outside of this year-long endeavor, but he is sure as heck making it work. For the burrito-loving enthusiasts out there, this one's all you. And the next one isn't even really a state (D.C.), so we can technically say it's over, right? This week, Donald Trump continued on his state-by-state winning streak, taking home all five of the available states. With these victories in his pocket, Trump has surpassed a new milestone in the Republican presidential primary contest, and now has enough bound delegates alone to clinch the GOP nomination. On the Dem side of things, Hillary Clinton also surpassed the milestone of becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee. She made a little bit of history, as this is the first time in our nation's history that a woman will be a major party's nominee for President of the United States. Exciting things are happening, but brace yourself... the conventions are coming. *Grabs popcorn* Read More | | | | Issue. 035. © 2016. FOX News Network LLC.
